1. Who We Are

AQ ("AQIS") is operated by WOLFF, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("WOLFF", "we", "us", or "our"), based in San Francisco, California, USA. AQ provides tools for automatic mileage tracking, driving assistance, and motion or GPS-based session data. Certain trademarks, branding, technologies, domains, and mobile applications used by the Services are licensed to WOLFF, LLC from Noko Motion Labs, LLC. Auto-Capture mileage tracking and associated mileage technologies are licensed to WOLFF, LLC from NK1 Auto, LLC.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

• If you are under 13 years of age, do not use the Services.
• You must use AQ in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not use AQ to violate rights, disrupt systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not scrape, crawl, bulk collect, data mine, copy public content at scale, reverse engineer, or access AQ by unauthorized automated means.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your device while using AQ.

3. Accounts and Credentials

If AQ accounts, profiles, or sign-in features are available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or use another user's account without permission.

4. Safety and Responsible Use

• Do not interact with AQ in a way that distracts you from safe operation of a vehicle.
• You are solely responsible for safe driving and compliance with local traffic laws.
• Use AQ features only when it is safe and lawful to do so.
• AQ is not an emergency service, navigation system, safety system, tax advisor, legal advisor, insurance advisor, or accounting service.

5. Accuracy of Mileage, Predictions, and Insights

AQ uses device sensors, location services, external GPS devices, user settings, and AQ systems to estimate mileage, detect trips, and generate insights. Some insights, summaries, routine predictions, or action suggestions may be generated through AQ APIs and AI model providers. Results may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by signal quality, device settings, operating system behavior, battery state, network conditions, environmental conditions, user edits, model behavior, service availability, or third-party hardware. AQ is designed for driving session tracking, driving insights, and driving-community use. AQ is not a tax-savings, accounting, reimbursement, insurance, or expense-management service. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting records before using them for reimbursement, tax, legal, employment, accounting, insurance, or business purposes.

6. AI-Assisted Features

AQ Assistant responses, predictions, summaries, and action suggestions may be generated with AI model providers. AI-assisted features are informational and may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. You should review AI-assisted outputs before relying on them and use your own judgment before taking any action based on them. AQ Assistant outputs are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, safety, emergency, or other professional advice.

7. Device Permissions, Notifications, and External GPS Devices

Certain features require access to device permissions such as location, motion, Bluetooth, and, if supported, local network access for nearby device-to-device GPS sharing. You may optionally connect supported external GPS devices to improve location accuracy. AQ currently uses local device notifications for app functionality. If push notifications become available later, they will require your permission and may be disabled through your device settings. Noko Move is not intended to use BLE camera remotes, video recording, recorded videos or images, camera capture, microphone recording, or background audio for AQ functionality.

8. Responsible Use of Location Features

AQ uses map, route, and location-based features for driving sessions and route visualization. You are responsible for using these features safely and for deciding what location-related content to save, export, publish, or share. Even generalized route visuals, mileage records, screenshots, or exports may reveal broad travel patterns or sensitive context depending on what you share. Do not publish or share content that could compromise your safety, another person's safety, private homes, workplaces, schools, protected locations, sensitive jobs, or confidential travel patterns.

9. Public Profiles, Trip Cards, and Community

If public profiles or public trip cards become available, they are intended to be private or unpublished unless you choose to publish them. If you choose to publish content, you are responsible for that content and for confirming it does not include private information you do not want shared. Public trip cards are intended to be generated visualizations that show a generalized route, not exact map locations, exact coordinates, detailed location records, raw GPS data, raw trip files, or precise start and end points. By publishing content through AQ, you grant WOLFF, LLC a limited license to host, display, reproduce, modify for formatting or privacy-preserving presentation, and distribute that content as needed to operate the feature. Community links, including Reddit links, lead to third-party platforms that are governed by their own rules, terms, and privacy policies.

10. Files, Exports, and User-Directed Sharing

AQ may allow you to save, export, import, download, screenshot, or share trip records, route visuals, reports, or related app files. You are responsible for reviewing anything you export or share outside AQ. We are not responsible for how other people or third-party services use content after you share it with them.

11. Your Data

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy at aq-privacy-policy.html.

12. Intellectual Property

The Services include software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, branding, domains, mobile applications, systems, APIs, Auto-Capture mileage tracking, associated mileage technologies, and related technology owned by WOLFF, LLC or licensed to WOLFF, LLC from Noko Motion Labs, LLC, NK1 Auto, LLC, or other licensors. Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in AQ, AQIS, the Services, Noko-branded technology, Auto-Capture mileage tracking technology, or any related intellectual property.

13. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AQ for lawful personal, driving-community, and internal driving or mileage recordkeeping purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not resell AQ, operate AQ as a third-party tracking or mileage-record service, use AQ to provide services to others without our written permission, or commercially exploit the Services in a way not expressly allowed by these Terms.

14. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or requests about AQ, you grant WOLFF, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to develop, improve, operate, and promote the Services without compensation to you.

15. Subscriptions and Paid Features

AQ does not currently offer subscriptions through these Terms. If subscriptions or paid features become available, pricing, renewal, cancellation, trial, and refund details will be presented at purchase or through the applicable app store or payment provider. App stores and payment providers may apply their own terms and may process payment information independently.

16. Third-Party Devices and Services

AQ may work with mobile operating systems, app stores, external GPS devices, Google Analytics, third-party hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, AI model providers including OpenAI, map and geocoding providers including Apple Maps/MapKit and Mapbox, notification services, payment or subscription providers, Google services if supported in the future, and community platforms such as Reddit. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, outages, data practices, terms, content, model output, or compatibility limits.

17. Availability, Changes, and Service Interruptions

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AQ may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate because of maintenance, network problems, app-store or operating-system changes, third-party service failures, AI model provider issues, external device issues, security events, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our control.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

AQ is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOLFF, LLC and its licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or use, arising from or related to your use of AQ.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WOLFF, LLC and its licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of AQ, content you publish, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AQ if you violate these Terms. You may stop using AQ at any time.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
