3. Safety and Responsible Use
- Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you from safe operation of a vehicle.
- You are solely responsible for safe driving and compliance with local traffic laws.

4. Device Permissions and External GPS Devices
Certain features require access to device permissions such as location, motion, and Bluetooth. You may optionally connect supported external GPS devices to improve location accuracy.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Noko Motion Labs from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Noko Motion Labs is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
